Mainline equipment assembly

● The automatic assembly line of loudspeaker monomer is mainly used for the assembly of mobile phones, laptops and other internal welded loudspeakers. The whole machine adopts the design of box runner line and multi-hole fixture to realize high output.

● Each station adopts standardized modules, with reasonable layout and convenient operation;

● The whole line of glue is tested by AOI, and it is not good to be excluded;

● The whole line adopts industrial control system, which can realize MES data interaction;
