Automatic unplugging and inserting of card tray detection equipment scheme

· The equipment supports docking with the upstream equipment bare metal incoming material, pulling out the card tray, color and single and double card detection and  comparison, inserting the card tray and then unloading, and comparing the NG transplanting mechanism to the NG discharge channel; 

· Rack components, industrial computers, display components, MES docking, SCADA docking, etc.; 

· Assembly line module, plugging and unplugging card tray module, vision module, code scanner assembly, NG discharge transplanting mechanism, NG discharge runner; 

· The structural mounting positions and electrical push-in joints of all optional components need to be reserved inside the equipment platform; 

· Left in and right out; 

· After the bare metal artificially ejects the tray, it flows to the loading track and flows into the card tray for positioning, and the card tray flows into the detection position,  scan the DN code + take pictures to compare the single and double cards and the color → into the card and drag the positioning + insert the card tray 1 Product outflow  equipment: compare the NG product and transfer it to the NG runner for discharge;
